The Future Workforce Summit 2025 (June 24–25 at SAP Data Space, Berlin) brought together a powerful mix of HR leaders, corporate decision‑makers (from SAP, HP, Aldi, Vodafone, Boehringer Ingelheim), coaching associations (ICF, EMCC, AC), and standout startups in the coaching × AI space—like Ovida, Viva La Coaching!, chatbot.ai and flowit AG.
Under the theme “Leading People & AI,” the two‑day event featured cutting‑edge research and thought‑leadership (e.g., Jonathan Reitz, Rebecca Rutschmann, David Drake, PhD and Joel DiGirolamo) alongside real‑world case studies showing how coaching cultures are transforming in tech‑driven settings.
Highlights included live demos and pitch sessions from coaching and AI startups, a network enhanced through pre‑conference matching—plus the world’s first conference reflection chatbot
Across LinkedIn posts, attendees celebrated dynamic panel discussions and interactive sessions, noting a surge in conversation around AI ethics, human‑centered leadership, coaching’s evolving role—and a shared sense that being a coach in an AI‑enhanced workplace is „more relevant than ever“.
