With 12 years in leading HR roles in international companies, Swaan is an expert in transformational processes for people, teams, and organizations.

Ute is passionate about developing people for the international workplace. Throughout her extensive career, she has worked with her clients on co-creating environments that allow individuals, teams, and businesses to thrive, be the focus on communication, relationship, or corporate cultures. Since 2020 Ute has built out her expertise in supporting leaders in the corporate arena and their teams to successfully move from traditional workplace settings to sustainable remote and hybrid environments. Ute is also working towards a professional doctorate on how Coaching can support Wellbeing and Engagement in Contemporary Corporate Work Environments with the University of Chester, UK.

As an active conference speaker, member of the Forbes Coach Council, and scholar, Ute has published numerous articles on remote and hybrid work, change initiatives, and corporate culture. These articles are informed by her broad experience as multi-national executive coach and trainer across diverse industries, encompassing change management projects, customer relationship management and leading multicultural teams also in what is considered #newwork settings. Ute is the author of the book “How to create a successful remote work culture”, Co-author of the book “Changing Conversations for a Changing World” Vol. 1 & Vol. 2.

Jens is a transformational leader, manager, and a certified organizational coach. With his 25+ years of leadership background and education in executive and team coaching, he seeks to elevate his team and coaching counterparts to become authentic leaders with an awareness of the underlying issues that drives their behavior and its influence on people, development, and business results.

Besides his career in manufacturing for Bosch, he is a coach, mentor, facilitator, and speaker. During the last years, he has worked with leaders and teams in Germany and China, helping them to succeed in leading and developing organizations. Additionally, he supported the training department for Bosch China in implementing a transformational leadership culture and internal coaching by consulting and facilitation. He is one of the founding members of the Bosch-wide grassroot initiative “We coach Bosch” where internal coaches connect and provide their services to all associates and thus promote a coaching culture within the organization. “We coach Bosch” has been awarded with the ICF Germany Charter Chapter Prism Award 2021

Before joining Bosch, Jens served 17 years in the German Armed Forces with a leadership career in combat service support, experienced international assignments and missions abroad. Going through the ranks, finally up to Lieutenant Colonel with a 2 years post graduate education at the German Armed Forces Command and Staff College, his foundations for his perception of leadership was deeply engaged and fostered.
