Sam is an award-winning thought leader in coaching technology. He’s the founder of Coachtech Collective and co-founder of AIcoach.chat. Sam works closely with coaching professional bodies and the UK Government, aiming to make coaching accessible to everyone. Oh, and he’s also written some great books, including „How to Thrive as a Coach in a Digital World.“
Paula is the CEO and Co-founder of Interhuman AI. With her extensive background in digital health, she’s using a social-aware AI coach to tackle workplace communication issues. Paula brings together her expertise in computer science, software development, digital health, and leadership to make a difference.
President of the ICF Germany Charter Chapter, Julia brings over 15 years of experience as an ICF PCC certified executive coach. She has transformed leaders and teams across diverse sectors within global Top 500 companies.
Hendrik Schriefer is the co-founder and CEO of Sharpist, the #1 partner in digital coaching and leadership development for major enterprises like IKEA, Porsche, and Airbus. With a background in psychology and „the Internet“ from Oxford University, Hendrik is passionate about creating delightful learning experiences and has made it his life’s mission to elevate self-awareness for more engaging workplaces and a better society.
Starting his entrepreneurial journey right out of high school, Hendrik brings over a decade of HR Tech expertise. Before founding Sharpist, he co-founded and led HR at Motius and helped launch
Armin is founder of Speexx, the #1 people development platform for large organizations worldwide and a Time Magazine Top 20 Edtech. He also serves as President of the International Council on Badges and Credentials (ICoBC).

Von März 2019 bis März 2021 war sie als Consultant bei connect&develop (Benussi & Benussi GmbH) tätig. In dieser Zeit konzipierte und co-moderierte sie diverse Team-Workshops und entwickelte ein Programm zur Förderung interner Unternehmensgründer. Zudem designte sie eine App zur Begleitung der Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, die zur Ausgründung des Startups onesome führte.
Seit August 2020 ist Anouk Harde Co-Founder und CEO von onesome (Seneration GmbH). In dieser Position liegt ihr Fokus insbesondere auf die Verantwortung für die technische und inhaltliche Produktentwicklung.
Eric Dauenhauer is an executive advisor, speaker and technology enthusiast at MEONDI GmbH in Stuttgart. He supports clients in the development of product and business strategies for current and future technologies such as AI, blockchain and Web3.
With over 15 years of professional experience as an IT executive, product manager, startup founder and technology consultant, Eric looks back on a multitude of successes and a broad tech knowledge.
He initiated one of the world’s largest petitions on ethical AI development with more than 200,000 signatories and is actively shaping the future role of AI in Germany through his involvement in organizations such as AI4Democracy, MEONDI and various startups.
CEO of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) brings a wealth of experience in consulting, coaching, association management, and fundraising. Through her leadership, the organization has become the leading voice for the global coaching community with more than 60,000 members and 52,000 ICF-credential holders worldwide.
Ms. Mook received her M.S. in Economics and International Trade from the Warsaw School of Economics, Poland. Magda was recognized as #1 Coach: Global Influence and a finalist in the Thinkers50 Distinguished Award in Coaching and Mentoring. In 2023 and in 2024 she was recognized as #10 of Top30 Global Gurus in Organizational Culture. She is a trained professional coach and systems facilitator.
Magda is a frequent keynote speaker, a contributor to Forbes Magazine, Harvard Business Review, and other major publications. She is a host of a monthly LinkedIn Live, where she speaks to organizational leaders and major influencers.
Carmen is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in strategy, marketing, and communication. As Chair Of The Board Of Directors at IASE Global and CEO of ENVISIA-Boards of Elite, Carmen is a pioneering figure in board education and sustainability standards.
Mila Wilson joined Intel as Director, Talent Acquisition Germany on September 1, 22 and currently lives in Berlin. For Intel Germany, she is responsible for the entire topic of recruitment, the design and the development of all talent programs for hiring employees for the planned factories in Saxony-Anhalt and ongoing recruitment in Germany. Prior to that,she spent 16 years+ in various major tech companies, including AdobeSystems, Amazon and Shopify in senior management positions overlooking both EMEA and APAC.
