AI Coaching Research and Practice: Where Are We, What Should We Know?
Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming the coaching profession. This lecture provides a comprehensive overview of how AI is shaping the coaching landscape and what these developments mean for coaches and their practice.During the session, you will learn:
- how the AI coaching market is structuring and developing,
- what the applications and use cases of AI in coaching are and what others do successfully,
- the ethical framework and guidelines,
- what scientific research says about AI and coaching, how and where it adds value, how and where coaches can use it, and above all where AI can do the job and where it cannot,
- what it all means for coaching practice and coaches in the coming future.
Combining market insights, practical examples, ethical considerations, and scientific evidence, this lecture offers valuable guidance for coaches who want to understand and responsibly embrace the opportunities and limitations of AI.
