Right Kind of Wrong: Part 2 – Creating Failure Cultures that Drive Excellence

Continue our monthly book club’s journey into intelligent failure with the second session of our three-part book series on Amy Edmondson’s Right Kind of Wrong. The book explores how leaders can create „failure cultures“ that not only drive excellence at work but also foster happiness in life. You are welcome whether this is your first session or if you attended Part 1—our discussions are free and open to all.

Suggested reading: Any portions of Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

This session moves beyond the foundations to focus on the tangible application of Edmondson’s research. We will delve deeper into specific frameworks that promote intelligent failure and collaborate to explore strategies and actionable methods for coaching. Join us to elevate your coaching presence by mastering how to leverage mistakes as powerful learning opportunities.

Gathering just once a month, this collaborative forum helps you sharpen your ICF core competencies. CCEUs will be requested and offered retroactively to members of ICF Germany who actively participate in the book club discussion(s).

Warmly, Stephen
