Join the ICF Germany English Book Club for our „summer sorbet“ read, The Advice Trap by Michael Bungay Stanier. This book is all about becoming more coach-like, offering insights into how to listen more and talk less. Even for ICF coaches, the book offers gentle but necessary reminders that even the masters among us can struggle to hold back from giving advice.
