This workshop is an introduction to Co-active Coaching and Co-active Model that was developed by Co-active Training Institute – the largest coach training school in tech world. There will be a short coaching demo with a volunteer client and introduction to some skills and tools and the Co-Active Model.

I am a Co-active Coach, CPCC, PCC with 14 years of experience as a full time coach. Also, I am a faculty member at Co-active Training Institute (CTI) both in core curriculum and in Certification. I coach a wide variety of clients from private one-on-one clients to corporate clients in leadership positions of different levels. I do quite a bit of mentoring for new and growing coaches, those who are in CTI Certification Program. As an ICF certified ACC and PCC assessor, I mentor coaches pursuing ICF accreditation. I currently live in Spain and work in English, Russian and Spanish languages. Faculty Member of ACT Leadership (Brown University, USA)
