1. Team Coach Training
Our training programs equip practitioners with the knowledge, tools, and skills to coach teams effectively using the 6 Team Conditions framework. Participants gain hands-on experience, access to cutting-edge diagnostics, and practical methods they can apply immediately in their own practice.
2. Leadership Development
We’ve developed an online program designed to help leaders understand what it takes to build and support effective teams. The program blends research-based theory with practical application, empowering leaders to create environments where teams can truly thrive. It’s flexible, scalable, and ideal for organizations of any size.
3. Team Coaching
We coach teams to apply the 6 Team Conditions and effectively ‘relaunch’—enabling them to deliver exceptional results for stakeholders while continuously improving over time. Our tried-and-tested approach works across organizations of all types and sizes. At the core is the Team Diagnostic Survey (TDS™), a research-backed tool that pinpoints the key drivers of team effectiveness and provides leaders with actionable insights. Proven to predict up to 80% of team outcomes, the TDS™ helps teams focus on what really matters.
4. Organisational Analysis
We help organisations assess how teams function across the system. Through data-driven analysis and insights from the Team Diagnostic Survey TDS™, we identify systemic patterns and opportunities for strengthening collaboration and team effectiveness at scale.

Our Team Coach Training programs are organized into three levels:
Level 1: Foundations Team Coaching Certification
This self-paced, video-based course introduces you to the science behind the 6 Team Conditions. You’ll gain a solid understanding of the empirically grounded framework and become certified to use the Team Diagnostic Survey (TDS).
Cost: $1,200 + VAT
Includes: One TDS license (valued at $650) to use with a team in your business

Level 2: Advanced Team Coaching Certification
Delivered virtually or in person, this highly interactive course brings the 6 Conditions and the TDS to life. You’ll work directly with team scenarios and build a practical toolkit to support leaders and teams in applying the framework.
Cost: $2,500 (virtual) / $2,750 (in person)

Level 3: Master Team Coaching Certificate
Our most advanced program, Level 3 is offered annually for experienced team coaches seeking to deepen their practice. This year’s session will be held in October in Dublin.
